Set in a high mountain valley, in the heart of the Catskill Region, Newton Farm is a working organic farm on 50 acres of rolling pasture and woodland. Built in the 1840’s by John Newton, it is now owned by Lynn Loflin, who was an award winning restaurateur in NYC for 25 years.

Over the current season we’ll be posting regular reports and pictures on this year’s crop of vegetables, eventually selling these direct to you, and, supplying some restaurants in Brooklyn and the Lower East Side. We plan to post an update every week or so and we can also be contacted by email.
